For years, Pastors and the church staff had to either provide counseling themselves, or refer their church members to “someone in the community.” This created a problem, in which there was rarely a relationship between the Pastor and counselor. This lack of relationship had a way of creating a lack of trust or uncertainty for counseling. If the Pastor or church staff sought to provide the counseling for their church members, they faced the challenge of being unequipped to handle the issues being presented to them, or were so overwhelmed from the number of people seeking counseling, their other ministries would suffer.

Restoration Life Ministries provides the perfect solution to the problem being faced by the local church through establishing a relationship with the Pastor and staff. This relationship creates a sense of trust and comfort that allows the Pastor to have confidence in referring his church members to RLM, allowing him to return his focus toward the ministry of teaching, leading, and guiding the church family. Through a relationship of trust, the Pastor knows that the counseling ministry is there to assist him with “healing” the flock and making them stronger in their service to the Lord.

Our desire at Restoration Life Ministries is to build a relationship with Pastors and the local church that will provide an avenue of “healing” for hurting individuals and families that is affordable so that no one is turned away.
